We will match the information that you provide in your request to information we already have on file to verify your identity. If we are able to verify your request, we will process it. 5. Information Processing and Transfer

Cloudland is a United States company and the Cloudland Services are provided from the United States. If you are a user who resides outside the United States, please be aware that information we collect will be transferred to and processed in the United States and may be processed and stored in other countries outside the United States which may have data protection laws that differ from the laws in your country.
